Are drinks included?


Drinks will be sold separately on the evening of your booking. A selection of cocktails (with or without alcohol), local beer, wine and hot beverages will be available.




Do I need to bring money for a tip/gratuity?


No. Your ticket includes event setup, clean up, booking / processing fees and event staff gratuities.




I am vegan/vegetarian/allergic. Will menu modifications be allowed?


Many special dietary requirements can be accommodated if you let us know no later than one week prior to your event date. Email eats@currentwpg.ca to submit your requests.




Is this an 18+ event?


Yes. Under the liquor permit we are obtaining, all attendees must be 18 or over.




Are the dome reservations refundable?


In the event that any Manitoba Health regulations change, your reservation will be fully refundable or the full amount can be transfered to another day or another event produced by CURRENT Winnipeg. Requests should be directed to info@currentwpg.ca.




How long is my dome reservation for?


Dome reservation is 2 hours long to ensure enough time for our team to clean and sanitize the domes for the next seating. There are two seatings available to choose from on each day of service.




How accessible is the location?


We are making all reasonable efforts to accommodate guests who have mobility or other accessibility needs. If you are concerned about something specific, please direct any questions or requests to info@currentwpg.ca.




Can I bring my pet?


Although we love our furry friends, they will not be allowed into the event location.

What should I wear?


The domes are fully enclosed and heated, but it is technically outdoors and on the frozen ground. Dress warm, with appropriate layers. It is hardest to heat the lower part of the dome so warm footwear (2 pairs of socks and winter boots with good grips) is recommended.




What have you done to avoid the spread of COVID?


Each of the domes are fully isolated and seat 4-6 people. You can invite guests who are in your "quarantine bubble". Masks will be mandatory outside of the dome, in public spaces. We have scheduled 30-45 minutes between seatings to fully clean and sanitize the domes and everything inside. Staff will wear face masks. Food service will be done from the dome doorways and guests will pass down to the end of the table. Dishes will be passed down when finished for clearing. Drink service will be done via event app - servers will not enter the dome or open the doorway unless an order has been placed. Staff will be available to ensure anyone leaving their dome to use the toilets or to smoke is spaced 6' from any other guests or staff. Signage will indicate distances.




Do I need tickets or email confirmation to get in?


When you reserve your dome, you will indicate one contact person for the group. Anyone attending will give that person's name to gain access. If more than 6 people show up giving that name, we will only seat the first 6.




Are dome reservations transferrable?


When you reserve your dome, you will indicate one contact person for the group. If you decide to sell your reservation to someone else, please contact us at info@currentwpg.ca to update the contact person we have on file. Any transfer of funds between the parties is your responsibility.




Can I bring fewer than 6 people?


You can fill as many of the seats as you like. If you bring fewer than 4 people it would be helpful to let us know so we can adjust food quantities. If you are planning an intimate experience with only 2 people, let us know so we can set the dome accordingly and remove the extra seats.




Can I increase or decrease the amount of people in my group after the reservation has been made?


When you reserve your dome, you will indicate one contact person for the group and an estimate of how many seats you are filling so we can prepare food quanitites. We don't need to know exactly how many people so if that number changes before your date, we don't need any notification. If you are planning an intimate experience with only 2 people, let us know so we can set the dome accordingly and remove the extra seats.




What is on the menu?


Different chefs will be featured each night and they will be creating unique menus to showcase their own creativity. Diners won't know the menu until they arrive. If you have dietary concerns, email eats@currentwpg.ca to submit your requests. What does my ticket include?


Your single day/weekend ticket includes access to the event site during main event hours. All stage entertainment and activities during event hours are included. Any auxilliary events outside of the main event hours and location are subject to additional charges and exclusive invitation. Food, beverages and any merchandise must be purchased separately.
